Overview

Join SDP for the final 2021 Open Mic Forum: Witness Preparation & Pitfalls. This 1-hour forum will be hosted on Wednesday, August 18 from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM Eastern. After a brief introduction by Dr. Susan Jensen, the forum will begin with a short presentation by four members of our SDP Training Faculty: John Lacey, Branko Terzic, Dane Watson, and Larry Kennedy. A discussion among Trainers and participants will follow. All are welcome - there is no registration limit for this program.

Join a panel of experts as we provide a brief refresher on key testimony preparation essentials. The discussion will also include anecdotal examples of the pitfalls, problems, and dilemmas in presenting direct, rebuttal, and surrebuttal testimony before public utility commissions, civil courts, and federal bankruptcy court.
